Here is a destination marketing video I created from my time at TPC Danzante Bay Loreto golf resort and Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. I visited this incredible resort last year but decided to re-edit for 2020. The course at TPC Danzante Bay Loreto is beyond spectacular. Each hole has unique landscaping etched into the surrounding hills. Each has it’s own character and vibe and the view from the view from the 17th hole took my breath away. If you are not a golfer I recommend a trip to the 17th hole if only to catch the epic sunrise.
The rooms at Villa del Palmar are spacious and modern with fully equipped kitchens, enormous balconies, oversized jacuzzis, and a washer and dryer. Personally, I love to wash all my travel clothes before my return home. It makes unpacking a breeze.
The town is a bit far from the resort so be prepared to dine primarily on the property. The resort has multiple seaside dining options and a breakfast buffet that can please any palate. Their green juice is the perfect way to start your day with a jolt of vitamins before a long day in the sun. The resort has a store where guests can purchase all the essentials for in-room cooking. The grocery selection is a bit limited but there is a nice array of beer, wine, liquor and sundries. The chocolate clams at Danzante are an absolute must.
For the non-golfers, Palmar has a luxurious spa, multiple turtle inspired pools, and a tranquil beach where guests can enjoy sunbathing, kayaking and sipping margaritas at the waters edge.. When you ready to explore outside the resort, the staff can arrange excursions including hiking, atv’s, Loreto city tours, dolphin and whale watching and much more. Villa del Palmer and TPC Danzante Bay Loreto offer something for everyone in the family.
The wifi was a bit inconsistent but if you are on the beach in Loreto..put down the phone, close the laptop and enjoy being “disconnected”
