Christmas in New York City will not be the same this year but we can all still find happiness and joy in the little things. I decided to create a series of videos showing New York City during this holiday season.
The global pandemic has closed much of my city, but there are always wonderful things to do and see in NYC. In this video I start on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with a quick stop to the apple store for the Iphone 12 pro max.
Today was my first time using the insta360 One X2. This camera is a game changer. I am already in love.
I leave the upper west side and travel down Broadway passing Lincoln Center. Further down broadway I’ll give you a look at the Time Warner Center decorated for the Holiday. I take you across 59th Street with a glimpse at the south edge of Central Park and turn the corner at the Plaza onto 5th Avenue.
In my next video I will feature all of the holiday windows in NYC but my destination today is the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. The tree looked a bit sad on its arrival but it is springing to life more each day.
I end this video with a drive through Times Square. I have filmed this place a million times but today was the first time filming in 360. I am so thrilled with the results.
Look for more videos of Manhattan during the Christmas season in the coming days and weeks.
Happy Holiday to one and all. Be kind to each other and spread some kindless and love this holiday season. We all could use some.
